Join Work-Shop and Marly of Omnom, and spend your day making your own homemade Italian cheeses.
Burrata and bocconcini are amongst the easiest and fastest cheeses to whip up in your own kitchen, and Work-Shop are gonna show you how to make them from scratch!
You will be using common kitchen equipment during this hands-on class, and they’ll cover everything from milk selection and coagulation through to turning the curds into oozy burrata and stretchy bocconcini.
You’ll also have the option of sipping bubbles while you’re at it… how can you refuse?!
