Get ready for a one-of-a-kind dinner that will literally be like no other.
To celebrate the awesomeness of cooking with what youíve got, Tramsheds chefs from Butcher and the Farmer to Bekya are creating an exclusive community-sourced brunch and dinner.
To nab your seat at the table, bring something that needs using from your fridge or pantry along with your ticket for a surprise dinner like no other.
Itís a delicious celebration of creativity Ė youíll never see your fridge contents, or dinner, the same way again. Itís also a rare glimpse into how chefs create awesome food with whatever ingredients are thrown at them Ė and how you can do the same at home with all those seemingly random ingredients that donít quite fit into a bookmarked recipe. We call it boss cooking.
These events will give you a taster of cooking with what youíve got. Itís all part of Youth Food Movement Australiaís Cookluck Club, empowering you to get together with your mates and cook together, all with what needs using up in your fridge. Catch up while you cook up in a way thatíll expand everyoneís food horizons, and save food from going to waste while you do it.
