“Festa della Mamma” Mother’s Day Italian Pasta Cooking Class

Celebrate ‘Festa della Mamma’ (Mother’s Day) by learning to cook with mum!

Start the class with a flute of G.H. Mumm champagne and learn how to create delicious, smooth and fresh pasta that you can cook for years to come with your own family.

The class includes hands on pasta making lesson where you will learn how to make pasta dough from scratch and transform it into tagliatelle and ravioli with a delicious ricotta and mint filling.

Once the pasta making is complete, the Salt Meats Cheese team will do all the hard working cooking it up for you.

Enjoy your meal of mint and ricotta ravioli with a butter sauce, tagliatelle with a cherry tomato and basil sauce and a rocket and Parmesan salad, all with a well deserved glass of wine!

What to bring: Apron and appetite
What to wear: Closed shoes and comfortable clothes

Notes: Fillings for ravioli and sauces will be prepared by staff. Ticket includes snacks while your dough is resting.
