Pasta Class: Tagliatelle, Ravioli & Tortellini @ Salts Meat Cheese

This three hour Pasta, Ravioli & Tortellini class is a fun and hands on class that concludes with pasta and a glass of wine.

Suitable for beginners, Salt Meats Cheese will teach you step by step how to create fresh pasta from scratch so you can prepare amazing dishes for your friends and family at home.

The class will cover:

– Hands-on pasta making class with our teacher
– How to make and knead pasta dough
– How to roll out the dough using a pasta machine
– How to turn the pasta sheets into tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini with spinach/ricotta filling

After all the hard work is done, the teacher will cook and serve your freshly made pasta to enjoy with a glass of vino!

Ticket includes: Lesson, recipe, pasta meal and a glass of wine.
