Uncover the sumptuous flavours of Sichuanese cuisine at Café Mix, created by guest chefs Li Tok Fan and Yu Guang Peng of Shangri-La Hotel, Chengdu. Sharing their wealth of culinary knowledge, guests will enjoy authentic dishes including Dan Dan Noodles, Steamed fish with fresh Sichuan peppercorn and Kung Pas Chicken alongside an exotic seafood selection for which Café Mix is celebrated.
The festival is presented in conjunction with Xiamen Airlines and The Chinese Consulate of Sydney.
Buffet Lunch will be served from 12 – 2:30pm and a Buffet Dinner from 6 – 10:30pm.
