James Boag is taking race-goers on a culinary journey during The Championships at Royal Randwick. It partners with ambassador and acclaimed Chef James Viles and collaborating with iconic butcher Victor Churchill, to harness the tastes of Tasmania at Little Sydney in April.

Sydney racing’s most sought after gourmet food precinct, Little Sydney promises an unforgettable experience with the finest food, hospitality and entertainment. For the first time, the event will see James Boag work with the country’s hottest young chef James Viles and collaborate with renowned butcher Anthony Puharich on a menu for the Victor Churchill marquee that harnesses the elements of Tasmania at the Championship Series.

Combining some of the country’s best produce, the menu will include a selection of canapes showcasing beautiful ingredients from the home of James Boag, Tasmania. With handpicked cuts of meat from one of the world’s most prestigious butcheries, each canapé has been matched to James Boag Premium, offering race-goers an experience to truly savour.
